The certification includes approximately 20+ hours of self-paced content, plus optional office hours, community engagement, and application activities.

Practitioners use the certification within their organization. Coach Partners use the certification with clients and receive additional business development, licensing, and client delivery resources.

Certification graduates may continue their access through the membership, which includes research updates, resources, community, and ongoing learning opportunities.
