Assistant to the President For Community Outreach and Engagement at Clemson University, Julio’s work expands beyond Clemson’s gates and allows him to see all generations in action every day. In this episode, we discuss the importance of transparency and dialogue in a changing workplace with the most diverse generation, GenZ, leading the charge. Understanding that collaboration is key, we discussed how we can use knowledge and experience to collaborate with each the various generations in the workplace today.
