Frequently Asked Questions
When does the certification begin?
Certification content becomes available beginning September 1, 2026, but enrollment is rolling, so you can begin the certification at any time. Once enrolled, you’ll receive access to the self-paced certification content, tools, and resources and can move through the program on your own schedule.
Is the certification self-paced?
Yes. Participants can complete the certification at their own pace, though we provide a recommended pathway and ongoing support, along with a cohort experience.
How long does it take to complete?
The certification includes approximately 20+ hours of self-paced content, plus optional office hours, community engagement, and application activities. There will be 2 hours of cohort time, where you can connect with other participants, held at the end of the month.
What is the difference between Practitioner and Coach Partner?
Practitioners use the certification within their organization. Coach Partners use the certification with clients and receive additional business development, licensing, and client delivery resources.
Do I keep access after completing the certification?
Certification graduates may continue their access through the membership, which includes research updates, resources, community, and ongoing learning opportunities.
What is included in the membership?
Quarterly workforce research, new tools and resources, office hours, community access, and future masterclasses.
Can multiple people from my organization enroll?
Yes. Team enrollment and enterprise options are available.
Is there a payment plan?
